Foundation stone laid for children’s ward at Cancer Hospital...

The foundation stone laying ceremony was held today (21) for the four-story building which is being constructed at the ‘Apeksha’ Cancer Hospital in Maharagama, with funds from the Ruhunu Maha Kataragama Dewalaya.

The building, which is to be built with an estimated expenditure of Rs. 150 million, is expected to be used as the hospital’s children’s ward.
