PM joins Aadi Vel festival in Colombo…

On the occasion of the annual Aadi Vel Festival of the Shri Kathirvelayuthaswamy Kovil in Colombo, Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya participated in the religious ceremony yesterday (07), by offering a pooja tray to the Ther (chariot) during its street procession near the Temple Trees premises. Led by nadaswaram music, the Prime Minister walked towards the Vel chariot and respectfully presented the offering tray.
