VIDEO: Ada Derana wins at Sumathi Awards 2012

Ada Derana won the award for Best Television Current Affairs News Program at the 17th Sumathi Awards held today (December 02) at Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH).
Known as the first ceremony to bring all television channels under one roof, the awards also felicitates those in other sectors connected with television such as advertisements, magazine programmes, sports programmes, children’s programmes, documentaries etc.
It is the oldest television awards ceremony to be held annually.
