Kataragama bus depot employees on strike

The workers at the
Kataragama bus depot have gone on strike in protest of the suspension handed to
six employees of the depot.
The protestors demand
that the six employees be reinstated immediately.
An Ada Derana
reporter stated that school children and other commuters in the area have been
inconvenienced greatly by the strike action.
