Schools closed due to Salawa fire re-opened on Monday

All schools closed due to the fire at the Salawa Army Camp will be opened on Monday (13).


The government has also decided to provide free uniforms to the students affected.


Meanwhile, Army troops, engaged in day and night cleaning, repairs and restoration commitments in Kosgama areas for explosion-affected civilians, have completed repairs to 51 houses and enabled the occupants to return home, the Army said in a statement.
