Nadeesha Dilhani Lekamge won the Silver medal at the women’s javelin throw event of the 22nd Asian Athletics Championship.
She beat her personal record by throwing the javelin across a distance of 58.11 m, securing Silver.
The 22nd Asian Athletics Championship commenced on July 06 and will conclude on July 09.
The Championship is being held in Bhubaneswar of India.
