Flood warning in effect as Kukuleganga spill gates to be open

The spill gates of the Kukuleganga is to be open and people who live around that area have been advised to be vigilant, the Disaster Management Centre said.
The DMC also specially warned those who live in areas around Ingiriya, Bulathsinhala and Agalawatta.
