Father of 2 shot dead over personal conflict

A shooting incident occurred in Udayala, Weeraketiya at around 12.15 am this morning (24) has killed a person.
The deceased is a 39 year old father of 2 from Hakuruwela area in Weeraketiya.
The shooting victim had succumbed to the injuries on admittance to the Tangalle Base Hospital.
This death is a result of a long standing conflict, according to the Police.
The body is currently kept at the Tangalle Base Hospital mortuary.
One of the murder suspects has been arrested and investigations are underway to apprehend two more suspects, stated Weeraketiya Police.
