Quarantine curfew on more areas

The quarantine curfew to curtail the COVID-19 outbreak has imposed on more areas, according to Army Commander Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva.
Accordingly, the Kurunegala Town area and the Kuliyapitiya and Eheliyagoda police areas will be under curfew.
The curfew will be in effect from 5.00 am tomorrow (November 02) until 5.00 am on November 09.
Meanwhile, the quarantine curfew imposed on the Western Province was extended until 5.00 am on November 09.
The curfew on the province, which was imposed on October 29, was scheduled to be lifted at 5.00 am tomorrow.
