Four including Embilipitiya UC chairman remanded over assault

The chairman of the Embilipitiya Urban Council and three others have been remanded for assaulting an individual.

The accused will be in remand custody until the 5th of October.

They were produced before the Embilipitiya Magistrate’s Court earlier today.
