Woman shot dead as weapon misfires during raid at Wanathamulla

A woman was accidentally shot and killed after the firearm of a security forces personnel had misfired during a raid at the Wanathamulla Flats in Colombo, police said.
The weapon of the security forces personnel had misfired during the raid conducted today (13), killing a woman occupant of the house, according to police.
