9 injured in bus accident in Halpe

Nine individuals have been injured and hopitalised after a passenger bus belonging to the Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) was involved in an accident in the Halpe area.
The SLTB bus, traveling from Beddawela to Bandarawela, had veered off the road and collided with a nearby wall.
Police suspect that the accident was caused by a technical fault in the bus.
The injured individuals, including four females, have been admitted to the Demodara Hospital for treatment.
Ella Police is conducting further investigations regarding the incident.
