Unidentified body found near Fort railway station

An unidentified body of a male has reportedly been found near the road in front of the Colombo Fort Railway Station.
Colombo Fort Police has launched an investigation upon receiving information regarding the incident last night (15).
The identity of the deceased is yet to be confirmed while he is believed to be around 60 to 65 years old, and 5 feet and 4 inches tall, with a slender figure.
Police stated that the deceased was last seen wearing a short sleeve shirt and a red colored sarong.
Colombo Fort Police is conducting further investigations into the incident.
