Laugfs gas prices to remain unchanged

Laugfs Gas PLC announced that the company will also not revise domestic LP gas prices for the month of September.

This was communicated by the Group Chief Executive Officer of Laugfs Gas PLC Dr. Niroshan J Peiris today (04).

Accordingly, the current prices of Laugfs domestic LP gas cylinders are as follows; 

12.5 kg cylinder - Rs. 3,680
05 kg cylinder – Rs. 1,477

Meanwhile on Sunday (01), Litro Gas chairman Muditha Pieris said that the company has decided not to revise the prices of its domestic LP gas cylinders for the month of September. 

Litro Gas has announced four consecutive price reductions thus far this year, and the price of a 12.5kg cylinder remains at Rs. 2,892 and a 5kg cylinder at Rs. 1,198.

Last month, the Litro Gas Company decided to keep the prices of LP gas cylinders unchanged, citing the company’s decision not to revise the prices despite the price hike in the global market.
