The National People’s Power has secured the Talawakele-Lindula Urban Council of the Nuwara Eliya District.
Up Country People’s Front (UCPF) – 1,023 (3 seats)
National People’s Power (NPP) – 866 (4 seats)
Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) – 610 (2 seats)
Ceylon Workers’ Congress (CWC) – 476 (2 seats)
Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) – 159 (1 seats)
