The National People’s Power has won the Ambalangoda Pradeshiya Sabha of the Galle District.
National People’s Power (NPP) – 14,000 (11 seats)
Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) – 8,222 (5 seats)
Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) – 4,779 (3 seats)
Independent group - 2,583 (2 seats)
United National Party (UNP) – 1,851 (1 seat)
