The National People’s Power has won the Mahaoya Pradeshiya Sabha of the Ampara District.
National People’s Power (NPP) – 4,974 (7 seats)
Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) – 2,707 (4 seats)
United National Party (UNP) – 2,516 (3 seats)
Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) – 2,010 (3 seats)
‘Sarvajana Balaya’ (SB) – 361 (1 seat)
