The National People’s Power has won the Seethawakapura Urban Council of the Colombo District.
National People’s Power (NPP) – 5,553 (11 seats)
Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) – 4,025 (6 seats)
Independent group - 2,457 (4 seats)
Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) – 889 (1 seat)
United National Party (UNP) – 574 (1 seats)
