The Ilankai Tamil Arasu Kachchi has secured the Muthur Pradeshiya Sabha of the Trincomalee District.
Sri Lanka Muslim Congress (SLMC) - 6,970 (4 seats)
ITAK – 5,926 (5 seats)
National People’s Power (NPP) – 5,151 (3 seats)
All Ceylon Makkal Congress (ACMC) – 4,704 (3 seats)
Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) – 3,771 (2 seats)
