Traffic congestion on Southern Expressway following accident

An accident along the Southern Expressway between the Kurundugahahetekma and Welipenna exits this morning has caused heavy traffic congestion. 

The collision involving a lorry and a bus caused heavy traffic congestion towards Matara at the time.

No one was injured in the accident.
