Two brothers arrested in Kottawa in relation to Akuregoda murders

Two brothers have been arrested in Kottawa for allegedly aiding and abetting the killing of a lawyer and his wife in Akuregoda, Thalangama last week.

The suspects, aged 20 and 24 have been arrested by the officers attached to the Western Province South Crimes Range.

A car suspected to have been used by them have also been taken into custody, police stated.
