Wimaladasa takes oath as MP

R.T. Wimaladasa On Wednesday (20) took oath as a Parliamentarian for the Kurunegala electoral district to fill the seat vacated by the demise of Deputy Minister Niranjan Wickramasinghe.
Wickramasinge contested at the 2010 general election from Kurunegala district and elected to the Parliament.
He contested under the SriLanka Freedom Party and obtained some 54572 votes and ranked 5th place in the district.
