Kaduwela interchange on E01 temporary closed - RDA

Exit and entry points of interchange at Kaduwela on the Southern Expressway has temporary been closed due to flooding of surrounding areas, the Road Development Authority says.
Floods and landslides in have killed at least eight people, including a 10-month-old baby, and forced tens of thousands more to flee their homes, officials said.
