National Policy on child Protection is now ready

The national policy on Child Protection is now being prepared, National Child Protection Authority said.


The policy is designed to inform and to identify measures to be taken for the safety of children on child abuse awareness and prevention of child abuse and the discussions on preparing the Policy is discussed on National and Provincial level, the Chairperson Dr. Natasha Balendra said.

Commenting further, Dr. Natasha Balendra said, the Policy will be submitted for the approval of the cabinet after obtaining the views from the public.
