Three-wheeler operators block Colombo-Negombo main road

The Colombo-Negombo main road has been blocked at the Galkanda junction by three-wheeler operators who are protesting the proposed increase of the minimum fine for several traffic offences.

Heavy traffic congestion is reported from the adjoining areas due to the blockage by the protestors.
