43 Chief Inspectors promoted to rank of ASP

Forty-three Chief Inspectors of Police have been promoted to the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP).

The police officers were promoted with effect from December 25, 2016 based on the recommendations of the Inspector General of Police (IGP), the Police Headquarters announced today (28).

It said that the Chief Inspectors were promoted after considering their service period and skills.
