Ruhuna University’s Wellamadama complex closed

The Wellamadama Complex of the University of Ruhuna has been temporarily closed until further notice following a tense situation involving the students and villagers.
The university administration said that studies at five faculties in the Wellamadama premises have been suspended.
Students have also been instructed to vacate the university premises before 6.00pm today (4).
