12 injured in Kandaketiya accident

Twelve persons were injured and hospitalized after a tipper and a private bus collided head-on in Kandaketiya, police said.

The accident occurred on Thaldena - Badulla road this afternoon.

The injured persons were admitted to the Badulla hospital. The Kandaketiya police are conducting further investigations.
