Heavy traffic in Peliyagoda

Severe traffic congestion has been reported near Thorana junction in Peliyagoda due to an accident involving a container, police said.
A lane towards Colombo has been blocked as a container truck toppled over, it was reported.
The police advised the motorists to use alternative routes if at all possible.
