Politicians should provide help in person - Thewapperuma

Former President Mahinda Rajapakse has made a request to the public to help put with the relief effort, disregarding any political influences. 

Meanwhile, MP Palitha Thewapperuma stated that politicians should help out with the relief efforts in person, with the communities that have been affected. 

Thewapperuma made these comments while helping out with relief effort in the Kalutara district.
