63rd birthday of Prabhakaran celebrated in several areas of the north

Security forces stationed in the north report that several regions of within Jaffna and its surrounding areas celebrated the birthday of the leader of the LTTE Velupillai Prabhakaran today (26). 

Reports confirm that certain groups within Valvettithurai which is the hometown of Prabhakaran celebrated his birthday by distributing cake with the number 63 to residents of the area in memory of the leader of the LTTE. 

Northern Provincial Council member M.K.Shivajilingam stated that the 63rd birthday of the late leader was to be celebrated today (26), in his hometown.

He stated that an open invitation has been extended to all people to attend the religious observances that will be held in honour of his birthday. 

Several residents of the north including M.K.Shivajilingam celebrated the birthday of Velupillai Prabhakaran last year.
