EPRLF, TULF and several others break away to oppose TNA

Several Tamil political factions banded today to state that they will all contest as a united front against the Tamil National Alliance (TNA) at the upcoming Local Government elections. 

Leader of the Eelam People’s Revolutionary Liberation Front (EPRLF) Suresh Premachandran stated that the mojaority of Tamils from the eastern and northern regions of Sri Lankan cannot conform with the policy decisions made by the TNA. 

Accordingly he stated that the EPRLF, the Tamil United Liberation Front (TULF) headed by V.Anandasangaree and several other political parties will join together to create a united front representing the east and the north.
