Water Board workers conclude their strike action

The trade union action launched by Water Board workers based on a salary discrepancies, has been concluded.

This decision was taken after a discussion with the Minister of Water Supply and Drainage last evening (06), said the Secretary of the National Unity Workers Trade Union Namal Wasantha Bandara.

Accordingly, Water Board workers will resume their duties as usual, he said.
