August 30, 2018   01:57 pm

Tangalle Bus Depot employees have commenced a fast-unto-death on the roof of a building since this morning (30), demanding salary hikes for SLTB employees.

Meanwhile, all bus drivers of the Tangalle Depot had refrained from operating buses and had erected black flags in front of the Depot in protest.

Employees engaged in the fast say that they will continue the fast until fair solutions are provided for their issues.
