Welipenna interchange reopened for traffic

The Welipenna interchange of the Southern Expressway has been reopened for traffic from today onwards, stated the Road Development Authority (RDA).

The Welipenna interchange of the Southern Expressway was temporarily closed since Saturday (06) as the Matugama-Aluthgama road was underwater.
