Isolated Mannar villages back to normal

The isolation of the two villages in Mannar due to the risks of COVID-19 spread has been lifted, stated the Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva.

The villages Pttithottam and Periyakadai in the Mannar District were declared as isolated areas on Sunday (October 11).

However, the isolation order has been lifted from 6 pm today, the Army Commander confirmed.
