Buddhist & Pali University to reopen for first-year students

The Buddhist & Pali University in Homagama is scheduled to be reopened for academic activities today (Feb. 27).
Accordingly, Vice Chancellor of the University Ven. Dr. Neluwe Sumanawansa Thero stated that the university will only be reopened for first-year students today.
The university was temporarily closed on December 19, 2022, days after alleged ragging incidents came to light.
