SDIG Ajith Rohana’s petition fixed for consideration

The Supreme Court has ordered for the Fundamental Rights (FR) petition filed by Senior DIG Ajith Rohana seeking to cancel the decision taken to transfer him, to be taken up for consideration on August 03, 2023.
This order was issued when the petition was called before the Supreme Court bench comprising Justices Preethi Padman Surasena and Mahinda Samayawardena today (17).
