Additional Health Secretary produced before court

Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Health Dr. Saman Ratnayake was produced before the Maligakanda Magistrate’s Court this morning (March 06).

Rathnayake was arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) on March 01 in connection with the substandard human immunoglobulin procurement scandal.
