Anura and Sajith agree on date for debate

Leader of the National People’s Power (NPP) Anura Kumara Dissanayake has accepted the date of June 06 from the dates proposed by the Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) for the debate with its leader Sajith Premadasa.
This was revealed by NPP executive committee member Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa, who is also the party‘s coordinator for the proposed ‘Anura-Sajith’ debate, in a statement issued to the media on Monday (20).
Accordingly, Dr. Jayatissa further stated that he will discuss the other details such as the place, time and scope of the debate with SJP MP Nalin Bandara, who has been appointed by the ‘Samagi Jana Balawegaya’ to coordinate the proposed debate.
