SL vs. BAN 1st Test: Pathum Nissanka hits 3rd Test century

Opener Pathum Nissanka scored his third test century while playing against Bangladesh in the first Test match at the Galle International Cricket Stadium, a short while ago.
Nissanka, playing in his 17th Test match notched up his ton in just 136 deliveries which included 13 fours and a six.
Earlier today, the 27-year-old opener became the 37th player to score 1,000 test runs.
Sri Lanka is currently on 180/1 in the first innings of the first test in response to Bangladesh’s first innings total of 495.
For Bangladesh, Mushfiqur Rahim top scored with 163 while skipper Najmul Hossain Shanto hit 148.
For Sri Lanka, Asitha Fernando picked 4/86 while Milan Rathnayake and Tharindu Rathnayake took three wickets apiece.
Yesterday, Bangladesh won the toss and elected to bat first.
