The second Twenty20 International in the three-match series between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh is scheduled to get underway at the Rangiri Dambulla International Cricket Stadium today (13).

Sri Lanka started the T20 series against Bangladesh with a solid win in the first match played on Thursday in Pallekele.
After clinching the ODI series 2-1 and the Test series 1-0, the home team continued their dominance.
Bangladesh batted first and posted a total of 154 runs for 5 wickets. In response, Sri Lanka chased down the target comfortably in 19 overs, losing just 3 wickets.
Wicket-keeper-batter Kusal Mendis played a match-winning knock of 73 runs and was awarded Player of the Match.
Spinner Maheesh Theekshana supported well with the ball, taking 2 important wickets.
A win for the Lankans in Dambulla today will seal the series before heading to Colombo for the third and final match on July 16.
