T20I Tri-Series: Pakistan defeats Sri Lanka by 7 wickets

Pakistan defeated Sri Lanka comprehensively by 7 wickets in the third game of the T20I Tri-Series in Rawalpindi with 27 balls to spare.
Chasing a meagre129-run target, the home team crossed the line in 15.3 overs, losing just three wickets.
Opener Sahibzada Farhan top scored with 80 off just 45 deliveries which included six boundaries and five sixes.
For Sri Lanka, Dushmantha Chameera picked up 2/29 while skipper Dasun Shanaka claimed one wicket.
Earlier after opting to bat first, Sri Lanka managed to post only 128/7 in the allotted 20 overs.
Janith Liyanage top-scored with an unbeaten 41 runs, while Kusal Perera contributed 25 and Kamindu Mendis added 22 runs.
From Pakistan’s bowling unit, Mohammad Nawaz claimed three wickets. Salman Mirza, Faheem Ashraf, and Abrar Ahmed picked up one wicket each.
Earlier in the tournament, Sri Lanka suffered a 67-run defeat at the hands of Zimbabwe, while Pakistan won their opening match against Zimbabwe by five wickets.
