India were bowled out for 112 runs after a brilliant bowling display by the Sri Lankan bowlers.
Mahendra Singh Dhoni top scored for the hosts with a gutsy 65 with wickets falling all around him.
Suranga Lakmal was the pick of the bowlers with 4 for 13 runs.
