Jaffna Kings clinch victory against Galle Gladiators

Afif Hossain slammed a half-century to help Jaffna Kings beat Galle Gladiators by 16 runs in the 17th match of the Lanka Premier League 2022 on Sunday, at the R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo.
Hossain scored 54 runs in just 35 deliveries and helped his team post 170/8 against Galle Gladiators.
The Galle Gladiators are placed second from the bottom of the table. They have only been able to win two of their six games.
Jaffna Kings, who have been superb this season, have won 4 of their last 6 games. They fell short against the Kandy Falcons in their most recent game by a score of 10.
