Sri Lanka announce squad for 1st Test vs Ireland

Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) today announced the 15-member squad for the first Test match against Ireland to be played in Galle.
Captain Dimuth Karunaratne, wicketkeeper-batsman Sadeera Samarawickrama, leg-spinner Lasith Embuldeniya and leg-break bowler Dushan Hemantha have been included in the squad.
Meanwhile fast bowlers Lahiru Kumara and Kasun Rajitha have been rested for the match.
The first Test of the two-match series will be played on April 16, and the second Test on April 24 at the Galle International Cricket Stadium.
