Sri Lanka’s Asitha Fernando claimed four wickets as the visitors bowled out Bangladesh for 178 runs on Monday (01) during the Day 03 of the second Test being played in Chattogram.

Vishwa Fernando, Lahiru Kumara and Prabhath Jayasuriya each claimed two wickets to leave the hosts trailing Sri Lanka’s first-innings total of 531 by 353 runs.

Zakir Hasan hit 54 helping strengthen the Bangladesh’s innings, while Mominul Haq amassed 33.

Sri Lanka lead the two-match series 1-0 after thumping the hosts by 328 runs in Sylhet. The lions have never lost a Test series to Bangladesh.
