A wasp attack in the Elbodawatta area of Bogawantalawa has left 16 female tea pluckers hospitalised at the Bogawantalawa hospital. Seven of the victims have been discharged from hospital following treatment. Ada Derana learnt that the injuries caused by the wasp attack were not serious.
