Rs.2000 million to develop hospitals in North

The Ministry of Health says that the Global Fund has granted Rs. 2000 million for the development of hospitals in the Northern Province.

It is said that the funds are to be used to improve hospitality services and infrastructure in North hospitals.

Accordingly the development of outpatient departments (OPDs) of 20 hospitals, establishing of 20 Medical Officer of Health (MOH) offices and 20 laboratories will be carried out under a 5 year plan.
