Petition against SLPP MP Thilak Rajapakshe dismissed

The Court of Appeal today (27 Jan.) ordered the dismissal of a petition filed requesting the revocation of Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) MP Dr, Thilak Rajapakshe’s Parliamentary seat.
Accordingly, the order was issued this morning by the Court of Appeal bench, comprising of Judges D. N. Samarakooon and B. Shashi Mahendran.
